Who is responsible for your data
Sunrise Studio, Strada Stefan cel Mare nr. 24, Bistrita, is the controller of your data, meaning the one responsible for it. You can email us any time at info@sunrisestudio.ro.
What we keep
Your email address. The date and time you ticked the consent box, the exact consent wording you were shown, and the IP address you ticked it from, if we were able to record it. How you found us: the QR code or link you used to reach us, or your answer to “How did you hear about us?”, if you gave one. The offer you were shown. Nothing else — no name, no phone number, no health information.
Why
So we can email you when we open and tell you about the opening offer. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep proof of that consent because Art. 7(1) GDPR requires us to.
How long we keep it
If you ask us to delete your data, we will, and we won't ask why. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you, but we keep the record of your consent and of your unsubscribing. If you don't become a member, we delete all your data 12 months after you join the list. If you do become a member, we delete the IP address your consent came from 24 months after you join the list.
Who else sees it
We don't sell your address or pass it on to anyone. Our site is hosted in the EU by AWS (Frankfurt region), which processes the data only on our behalf and only to keep the site running. We don't send any automated emails for now.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict how we use it, and to get a copy in a format you can take with you. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this doesn't affect anything we did with your data before then. For any of these, email us at info@sunrisestudio.ro. You also have the right to complain to Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP (the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing).

Every email from us has an unsubscribe link, starting with the very first one. Or just email us at info@sunrisestudio.ro.
Cookies
We don't use tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner. We do count how many visits each QR code or link brings in each day, but only as a number: no IP addresses, no browser or phone details, nothing that could link that number back to you.
